1. Why did I receive a bill from both the hospital and the doctor?
The hospital and the doctor bill separately for their services. Please contact the hospital concerning their bill.
2. Why am I being charged for this?
Tell us the charge you have a question about, along with the account number on the bill and we can get you an answer to this question.
3. When do I have to pay this bill?
Payment is due 30 days after you receive the first statement.
4. Will you bill my primary insurance?
Yes, but you will need to provide us complete primary insurance information.
5. Will you bill my secondary insurance?
Yes, but you will need to provide us complete secondary insurance information.
6. Can you bill worker's compensation for my claim?
Yes. Tell us that it is a Worker's Compensation Claim, and provide us with your complete insurance information. We can assist you with filing the claim.
7. Will you bill my auto insurance?
Yes, but you will need to provide us complete insurance information.
8. Can I come in and talk to you about my bill?
Yes. You may come to the billing office at 100 Fulton Ct., Paducah, KY.
9. Can you explain the bill I received from my hospital?
Unfortunately, we do not have access to hospital bills. Call the phone number on those statements for assistance.
10. Will you send me an itemized statement?
Yes. Please provide your account number, your doctors name, your name, when you were seen, your date of birth and correct mailing address.
11. Why am I getting another bill when I already paid?
The bill may have been mailed before the payment was posted to your account. Call us at (800) 749-7026 to verify or simply send us an email. Provide your account number, your name, your providers name and your date of birth.
12. Has my insurance been filed?
If you presented your insurance information at the time of service then all insurance has been filed. If you are in doubt, please contact our office at (800) 749-7026.
13. What do I do if I can't pay this bill?
Contact our office at (800) 749-7026 to ask about our Financial Assistance Program or to make other type of payment arrangements.
