KNOW YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to pay a bill using many different methods:

1. Mail a check or money order (to the address on your statement or billing)

2. In person via cash, check or money order (at our branch location or a client location from whom you received services)

3. By telephone via ACH or Bank Draft (contact the number on your statement or billing)

4. By Credit Card using a third-party Processing Company

SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO USE A CREDIT CARD TO PAY, the transaction will be made by a third-party Credit Card Processor using their website.  The third-party Credit Card Processing company may charge a fee to complete the transaction (this depends on your state of residence).  Other payment options do not involve a third-party Credit Card Processor and are free to use.

Remember there are several options to pay your bill using convenient free methods that do not involve third-party processors or Credit Cards; the choice is yours.
