Mr. Edwards is a second generation owner and 40 year veteran of ARM and Healthcare services industries. He oversees all business operations and strategic direction of the organization. Mr. Edwards has spent his entire professional career in the collection service industry and is a past President of Associated Credit Bureaus of Kentucky, former Chairman of Associated Credit Bureaus Collection Service Division Committee, former Trustee of the Southern Management Institute at the University of Georgia, and a member of the Associated Credit Bureaus Executive Committee. In 1993 he appeared, on behalf of the entire collection industry, before the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate Finance Committee to give expert testimony on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Mr. Ledet is a 30 year veteran of the ARM & BPO Industries with extensive experience in the healthcare space, including direct oversight of multi-site collections/care centers (located in Texas, California, and Illinois). He established ACA Health Insurance captive enrollment & support call center for The Massachusetts Health Connector with Dell Healthcare & Public Consulting Group as co-managing partners.
In 2015, Mr. Ledet assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Credit Bureau Systems with responsibility for all divisions.
Mr. Harrod is an 11 year veteran of the Revenue Cycle Management Industry with emphasis on Ambulance and EMS billing. His background included a role as Vice President of Operations for a National Logistics Company before returning to Western Kentucky to assume the duties as VP of Sales for Ambulance Medical Billing. AMB has grown to one of the largest Ambulance/EMS specialty billing companies in the nation over that span.
In 2013, Mr. Harrod assumed the role of Executive Director responsible for the AMB, MARS, and US Coding Divisions.
Mr. Edwards has 18 years of diverse Revenue Cycle Management experience. He leads our ABS and HIRS Divisions and serves as a consultative voice to clients seeking creative solutions to complex business problems. In 2017, he helped lead efforts to launch “HARP” – a patient friendly repayment option that addresses increased obligations and extended repayment timelines caused by high deductible insurance plans.
Mr. Edwards is knowledgeable in all aspects of compliance, regulation, contact call support, and billing operations.
Mr. Lee is responsible for all IT functions within Credit Bureau’s many divisions. He has over 34 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He has proven expertise in research, development, management and implementation of cost-effective solutions in large, complex IT infrastructures. He is knowledgeable in many facets of computer and network operations including WAN/LAN network design and implementation, security (internal and external), developing policies and procedures, disaster recovery, technology research, Data Center construction and operation, and building effective relationships with vendors, customers and peers.
Mr. Hale has over 22 years experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management industry. He has held corporate director positions with national hospital groups such as HCA Healthcare, LifePoint Hospitals, and Capella Healthcare. These positions placed him in close working relationships with various divisions of CBS and eventually led to his placement as Director of Operations for both the MARS and AMB divisions. Mr. Hale is a member of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
