Mr. Edwards spent 42 years engaged in Revenue Cycle Management and served as the visionary leader of Credit Bureau Systems until October 2018. He remains an active advisor to the Executive Leadership team with emphasis on strategic initiatives including: product development, key client expansion and company acquisitions.
Mr. Ledet is a 32 year veteran of the Revenue Cycle Management industry with concentrated experience in Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). He has direct oversight experience with large outsource engagements ranging from 25-350 FTE and both domestic & nearshore operations. Prior to moving into his current role, Mr. Ledet served as Chief Operating Officer for 3 ½ years. He is active in client acquisition and responsible for financial performance of all functional service divisions.
Mr. Edwards has amassed 19 years of diversified Revenue Cycle Management experience while managing several divisions within Credit Bureau Systems. He has served as a consultative voice to clients by offering creative solutions. For example, in 2017 he helped design and launch “HARP” (Healthcare Affordable Repayment Plans) – a patient friendly repayment program to address the problem of increasing out-of-pocket patient obligations and extended repayment timelines caused by high deductible insurance.
Mr. Edwards is knowledgeable in all aspects of compliance, regulation, contact call support, and billing operations. He is responsible for all divisions and approximately 400 employees.
Mr. Lee is responsible for all IT and Telecommunications functions of Credit Bureau Systems. He has 34 years of experience in the Information Technology field and his team is integral to most client engagements for the company. He has proven expertise in research, development, management and implementation of cost-effective solutions in large, complex IT infrastructures. He is knowledgeable in many facets of computer and network operations including WAN/LAN network design and implementation, security (internal and external), developing policies and procedures, disaster recovery, technology research, Data Center construction and operation, and building effective relationships with vendors, customers and peers.
Ms. Prigge has 18 years of HR & Accounting experience. She holds dual certifications in human resources through SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional) and SPR (Professional in Human Resources) from The HR Certification Institute. Prior to joining Credit Bureau Systems, Ms. Prigge was the McCracken County (KY) Treasurer where she oversaw, administered, and helped plan budgets in excess of $26 million annually. Her HR & Accounting teams have overseen multiple system upgrades and system conversions including SAGE/Salesforce (payroll) and 4USAll (401K).
Ms. Rea leads Compliance for all Divisions. She holds multiple degrees including a Juris Doctorate. She is a member of and certified through several professional organizations including: Healthcare Financial Management Association, ACA, and IA Compliance Professionals. Her team provides HIPAA oversight, policy training, telephone monitoring, biller/collector certifications, and internal audit functions. Specialty client trainings have been provided on UDAAP and 501r compliance as our Compliance team continually works to educate and resolve challenging regulatory issues impacting the healthcare services community.
